620/720 Railcars

The photograph (Top-left) shows the interior of Railcar 723. To this day, most 620/720 Railcars still retain the original 1960's interior which is shown. 

Features retained include original NSWGR Seats, ceiling lamps, coil heaters and also a fan shown next to the heater 

 

The bottom-left photograph is a digitally enhanced picture of the scenery of the Lower Hunter Valley as the railcar clocks up 120km/h between Warabrook and Beresfield.

The door was opened when we took this phootgraph, but was closed by us after for safety considerations.

The photograph was taken at the Trailing end of a 620 Car before arrival to Warabrook, and taken with permission from the guard of the train.
