The photograph (Top-left) shows the interior of Railcar 723. To this day, most 620/720 Railcars still retain the original 1960's interior which is shown. Features retained include original NSWGR Seats, ceiling lamps, coil heaters and also a fan shown next to the heater
The bottom-left photograph is a digitally enhanced picture of the scenery of the Lower Hunter Valley as the railcar clocks up 120km/h between Warabrook and Beresfield. The door was opened when we took this phootgraph, but was closed by us after for safety considerations. 12/10/01 |
