The Intercity Platform: Suburbans

	T4701 was the first of several Series 1 Comeng power cars to be converted into trailers, to initiate the long-term process of withdrawing them from revenue service. Conversion includes removal of their pantographs, and closing off driver/guard controls (However, exposing the former cab area). T4701 is seen here at Dulwich Hill. 20/8/03
